It’s amazing that food has the power to protect against ultraviolet rays. Most of us aren’t thinking about this while we eat a slice of pizza, or sip a cup of tea, but the lycopene in the tomato sauce and the polyphenols in a cup of green tea will indeed provide sun protection.
