Who am I? I’m a regular every day person who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. Although the journey is challenging, and I struggle at times, it is worth the effort. I’m not a registered dietician, personal trainer, or medical professional, but I find that knowledge empowers me to make good decisions, which is why I enjoy investigating health topics. I find the experience of sharing new information with others rewarding. Please join me in my quest to investigate every day health issues.

- I’m a christian and my faith in Jesus Christ is most important to me.
- I’m a social worker and I work with foster children. I love my job!
- I lost 35 pounds and I have kept it off for two years. I’m not at my goal weight yet but I’m still working on it and I plan to be successful.
- I want feedback and invite others to share their thoughts and opinions on the topics I discuss.

Health most important part in our life..

I really enjoy your site. Your mantra of improving health one day at a time is so important. If we take small steps to improving our overall health and well being we will eventually reach our goals. Just as bad habits and health take time to have an effect on our health so too must the we make planned small steps to improve. Taking each day at a time and doing the best in those 24 hours is the best way to see long term results.
